UNPARALLELED PRESENTATION | PLATING OPTIONS

ECO | No Surcharge: All courses of this meal service will be presented in eco-friendly

economical disposable plates, appropriate for room temperature service.

Plastic silverware is NOT included.

UPSCALE | $15: All courses of this meal service will be presented in upscale disposable

plates, ONLY to be warmed under a heat lamp. Wrapped plastic silverware is included.

EXECUTIVE | $25: First course and dessert will be presented in upscale disposable

plates. Main course/entree will be plated, and then double wrapped, and sealed the main

course in a vitrified ceramic plate, to be reheated in a non-kosher oven.

Wrapped metal silverware is included.

FIRST CLASS | $40 - $60: Full set of vitrified ceramic dishes and metal silverware is

included, depending on the amount of ceramic pieces necessary for a particular menu.
